Schylling Concept Boba Fett Wind-Up Toy RICC 2017 Exclusive Review

The Schylling Concept Boba Fett Wind-Up Toy was released as a 2017 Rhode Island Comic Con exclusive with a limited release of 1,500 units, alongside Darth Vader and a stormtrooper. They were originally sold for $29.99 at the event, and are currently available for purchase individually for $35 each or as a set of three for $100 on the show store. All three wind-ups were modeled after Ralph McQuarrie‘s early concept designs for each respective character.

According to the Schylling website, their wind-up toys are lithographed with a plastic trim around the base. The artwork on the side panel of the packaging is by designer and illustrator Doug Sirois.
