MediCom Kubrick Boba Fett Black and White Legendary Bounty Hunter Star Wars Block Figure

MediCom Kubrick Boba Fett Black and White Legendary Bounty Hunter Figure Review

In June of 2009 MediCom Toy released a set of six Kubrick Boba Fett collectibles, including three white Boba Fett minifigures. The set included the “Supertrooper” version as seen in the 1978 screen test, both variants of Ralph McQuarrie’s concepts, as well as a Holiday Special, Droids Cartoon, and Vintage Kenner versions. All three white Boba Fett minifigures come with a prototype rifle.

Carded versions of the 2009 MediCom Kubrick Boba Fett Legendary Bounty Hunter figure set were also released as toy exhibition exclusives. They were pre-packaged in a box, or they could be removed and displayed as individual carded minifigures.

While the screen test white Boba Fett appears to be a repaint of previous Boba Fett Kubricks, a closer look will reveal that the Wookiee braids have been omitted although the same belt is retained. The McQuarrie concepts feature brand new unique torso molds.
